About cuppakopi.com

Welcome to cuppakopi.com

As my tagline “Opinions. Travels. Reviews” suggests, cuppakopi.com is about…well…opinions, travels and reviews. Concise but not exactly informative. That is why i wrote this which will hopefully help you decide if cuppakopi.com is your cuppa coffee.

Opinions

I’m one of those (usually irritating) people who have opinions about everything. But for you my readers and potential subscribers, this may actually be a good thing.

Firstly, the issues i love to talk about concerns you too. Just skip to any of my posts and you’ll see.

Secondly, i usually spend a lot of time researching for my posts. They are not just rantings to make me feel good.

Ok i’m lying, there is something therapeutic about writing these posts.

But i also write to inform. Everyday we are flooded with advertisements, opinions, claims and news from the mainstream media. Can we really believe everything that we read or hear? Which one can we believe? Are they simply propagandas or clever advertising copies conceived to mislead us?

My writings will help you look beneath the surface.

Travels

I’m not a seasoned traveller but i’m no novice either. As one who prefers self-driving or independent travelling (as opposed to joining a packaged tour), i usually spend a fair bit of time researching and planning very detailed itineraries. I thought the information i gathered could be put to better use.

I will thus share my research (updated where necessary) and travel tips based on my own experience on places that i’ve been to, e.g. Australia (Sydney, Hunter Valley, Cairns, Gold Coast), US west coast (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas), UK (London and suburbs) etc. Hopefully these tips will help you plan your own holidays better.

Reviews

These posts contain reviews of products i’ve used and places that i’ve been to. Think of me as one of those Amazon.com reviewers but you can be sure i’m not affiliated to any product or company.
